while we still can’t enjoy live music, FRESH PSYCHEDELIA, COSMIC CREATIVE and LATE NIGHT RITUALS playlists have not gone silent. Since my last update post, there’s been a ton of new additions. Strange and challenging times have not mean a total stoppage for new music, and certainly music’s its significance in finding inspiration and exploring new worlds hasn’t diminished, quite the contrary. So we’ve been constantly adding new stuff to our four Spotify playlists: FRESH PSYCHEDELIA consists of 100 psychedelic tracks from recent singles and LPs, PSYCHEDELIC TIME TRAVEL flies you all the way back to psych’s oldies roots, COSMIC CREATIVE is your instrumental soundtrack for deep focus, and LATE NIGHT RITUALS is a bewitching playlist full of deep psychedelia perfect for candle-lit atmosphere.

Kolmas Korva’s new playlist for deep focus

As we teased previously, we are going to publish two new Spotify theme playlist in addition to our FRESH PSYCHEDELIA to which we curate the latest 100 psychedelic releases.

And without further ado, here’s the first one: COSMIC CREATIVE, the mostly-instrumental, hypnotizing 10-hours-and-growing playlist that aims to help you concentrate on whatever you do. It consists of hypnotizing, instrumental-based, cosmic music with still tempos and little turmoil. Use with shuffle and 12 second crossfade to maximize the effect.

Your background playlist for focusing, concentrating, creating or just entering a timeless swirl.

Unlike FRESH PSYCHEDELIA, this list has no beginning or end, and it will we updated on ”Open until the end” basis. So far the list includes the likes of Föllakzoid, Throw Down Bones, K-X-P, Almunia, Hills, Siinai, Turzi, Cavern of Anti-Matter, Wooden Shjips, Minami Deutch, Kiki Pau, a lot of Höga Nord curiosities, plus many many more.

Here’s what Mertsi says about COSMIC CREATIVE:
”I have been dropping songs to this playlist since 2015 for my own use. Some like to work or create in silence, some can ignore all the noise from their surroundings, but when I write I prefer to enter this cosmic bubble, a surrounding sphere of mesmerizing beats that helps me reach a concentrated flow.
I guess the list can serve other purposes as well, such as running or reading.”
